Kettlebell Workout

Kettlebell training is a versatile form of strength training. Kettlebell training targets a wide range of muscles, including the core, legs, hips, back, shoulders, and arms. Kettlebells can help increase muscular endurance, enhance muscle balance, and improve your training technique. The dynamic movements in Kettlebell training engage multiple muscle groups simultaneously, promoting functional strength and stability. For example, kettlebell swings target the posterior chain muscles, including the gluteus maximus, hamstrings, and lower back, while also activating the shoulders and core.

*Classes can only be formed when there are at least 2 people enrolled during peak hours and 1 person enrolled during off-peak hours.

*Peak Hours: MON-FRI: 6:00 p.m. ~ 10:00 p.m. SAT, SUN, and Public Holidays: 9:00 a.m. ~ 12:00 p.m.

*Off-Peak Hours: MON-FRI: 9:00 a.m. ~ 6:00 p.m. SAT, SUN, and Public Holidays: 12:00 p.m. ~ 10:00 p.m.
